now i have static ip but i don't know,

how can i make it work,

I has tried Google with "how to setup static ip" but i didn't understand anything

can anyone explain it to me please.

If you already have an static IP you have to do nothing! You already have it.

but my lan have ip 192.168.x.x ?

The static ip is the ip that others see right? I dont know what you want to do with it, but when you have it , you have it try if others can ping you on that ip.
