Hi yesterday i was in crespo dungeon and suddenly the icon in picture appears. Can someone explain me what this icon means. Thank you in advance

It's easy...
this sign means..that u have an e-mail from Acclaim.
Go to the nearest Teleporter. Usually near teleporter,there is a red mailbox. Click on it..and u see the mail.
