Requirements:

• You must be able to convey ideas in a modern and understandable fashion.
• Teamwork and skype activity are a must. You have to be very active. Having a real life is not recommended.
• You must not be mentally handicapped.
• You must be over 20 years old.
• Being from non-middle eastern countries is preferred due to stereotypical thinking. As long as that way of thinking doesn't apply to you, you're eligible for the job.

We will provide the knowledge and tools to create maps in Silkroad. However, it would be very beneficial if you can already do all the general PK2 edits. Integrating existing models, know basic hex editing to work on the SRO_Client.exe. It's also recommended to be able to design properly and be a self-thinker. You should be able to work independently as well.
