Russia is better and I would definetely choose it.
And use your real info's. Nobody will break into your house and watch you doing handjob while watching hentai.

The Point To Choose Russia that they got better ISP = better DNS but both got high internet speed (Port Connections)
But i think also Russia got better Port speed than Netherlands

on Soviet Russia, you arrest the FBI so, thats why
no srly, Russia(in my opinion, have good ISP services and a very active support
