Instant DC after Login

Hey guys,

i installed my server on a root but i get this error if i login.

GlobalManager:

Code:
Failed to getting silk data: unknown success code (An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. <p/> If you are the system administrator please click <a href="http)
Messenger LOGIN USER DUPLICATED!!! CharName[sdf]
Silk Data Loading Failed [JID: 1]
AQ Failed! Log out!! [AQType: 9]
anyone can help over here ?

i fixed it now

replaced billing files with clean ones.

Usually it's bindings problem ( inetpub, IIS ) ,
make sure that you have installed perfectly.
