[Request] Anyone know how to create a private server?

I wanted to know how to create and host a private server (not an emulator). Preferably lvl 110-120 cap. Can anyone tell me what are the requirements and show me the step by step process? I've searched online and couldn't find any. There was a video but it wasn't clear enough and it didn't show how to adjust the in-game items (silk prices, exp and gold from monsters, alchemy rate, how to spawn items/monsters, etc). Any help would be appreciated!

Get clean database, clean server files and clean client.
It's not complicated, paying to someone to do this for you will be a bad idea,
you have to learn from the setup process and to deal with it by yourself,
on the other hand get used to trust people as little as possible.
There are a lot of guides, threads, websites and also videos.
In my mind, the best way to learn how to do that is that site:

Yes, you can control everything ( rates, drops, prices, everything.. ).
