exp rate problem

till lv 12 everyone gets exp after lv 12 they dont get even 0.01% more why ?

Use SrPatcher to fix rates ..

and don't remove green book !!

should i change than too the 24 0 in the server.cfg to 22 23 again ?

it doesnt works after TELEPORT it doesnt gives exp anymore evertyime after teleport why ?

yes change them to 22 23 and use Srpatcher to change rates
