Don't open a server if you don't even know the basics -.-
we have alot crappy servers around, we don't need more!

try this, this is basic things to learn for a GM (Uniques and makeitem).
though it won't have alot of stuff its still pretty good.

You only need SeaShadow files and loader( try surfing through forums with keywords ''SSE V2'' and you should be ok)

Creating a private server just to be a "GM" went out of fashion like 4 years ago, but use pax's emulator.. should have some fun on there.

also, being a GM gets boring after 1-2 hours
