Can't connect other people to the server

Alright, we got the client running smoothly and stuff, but then we tried to make other computers under the same network connect to the client and it didn't work. Now we've changed some things around and not even the computer that created the server and is running the server files can connect.

Can anybody help or provide a good guide? Cheers.

To give you guys some more info we created the server following some guides for vSro v1.88. The server is running fine, as you can see:



We initially had the server configured with local ip's, 192.168.X.X, and we could connect to it on the same computer using edxLoader fine, we just used multiclient and redirect gateway server options. But when we tried to connect using different computers on the same network, using local ip, it gave us an error, just a weird string. So we changed the configuration of our server, using this , to use public ip instead of a private one, but now we can't even connect using the same computer that is running the server. We already checked the firewall settings.

The problem may be with the client, what kind of configuration do we need to do to connect the client to our server? The only thing we did was editing the media pack to change the ip to our public ip.

make sure the client/server version are the same. Can you screen-print the error you're getting when opening the launcher?

UPDATE: I just got the client to work thanks to vsro adress finder patcher tool. If anyone is getting the same error try using that.
