Low - middle rate server?

Hello, ok, this sounds really annoying because a lot of people made a shitload of hopeless threads like this. But I'm doing it too.
I played a whole bunch of private servers now, and I never found a server I really liked. If you read my list with features it needs to have stuff which reminds of the old days (no euros and so on). And I guess i'm not the only one.
The server I want to play needs the following features:

- Chinese only
- Cap doesn't matter (since I kept holding on to the 80 cap, I think there are awesome servers out there but with a higher cap)
- Alchemy low, no +15s running around (I mean, +5 is good and +7 means hero, +9 *** and so on)
- A lot of jobbing, but I mean, botting isn't the way to gain money. Botting is only good for gaining regular items, stones and some elixirs. And off course for farming sox (isro rates)
- Fortress War, Capture The Flag (not necessary), Battle Arena (not necessary, Forgotten World (not necessary)
- No SOX in store (SOX rare!)
- No free silks (for a good and balanced economy)
- Active and friendly GMs

So guys, shoot and I hope you guys can show me the right server. I'm sick and tired of downloading and starting servers again who fail eventually. I don't have the time to scroll lists and search for servers anymore. I have work, other hobbies and a girlfriend now.
