I think you are those guys who spam dm with "hey brother me streamer need help? I can be support and things like that" or you broke game rules with camping uniques with full party or other stuffs and you got banned", but hey is much more easy and free to say bad words about someone's work.

Servers don't run on potatoes. They need money for management and game hosting.
SilkNation first time was Online 8 months and Second Time more than Half Year.
SRO Owners Reset Servers because of Players! They don't play more than 2-3 months.
Every MMORPG have this problem not only Silkroad (from 20025 with old graphics and mechanics).

I no longer play on this broken server, and the way you handle players shows that you accuse people without any real proof to justify banning them. I am not the only one who experienced this.
The server fails because you ban players for no clear reason, do frequent resets every 2–3 months, which causes players to lose their progress—even beyond Silk purchases—and you rarely compensate players for the resets. The VIP system also doesn’t account for the time players lose and compensate.
When someone asks about these issues, you ban them from both the game and Discord. I’m sharing my experience to warn others so they don’t get misled by this broken server.
