its been a while since my last devlog, while some of you might just tell me to shut up, i won't lol
If it hasn't been clear already, i am a big fan of 2 things
1 - Data and math
2 - Lore and story telling ( Game experience )
Those were really clear with our approach to analysis and fight designs for those who participated in hunting Death-WaltZ and Survival Party.
- While everyone focuses on instances, i prefer to focus on the actual world experience, and being present in the moment, as an example : No teleport to mirror from towns, Job unique isn't in a cave.
- When you read the achievement name, you can tell what it is about, and thats really the approach.
- Changing the cold tree name to " Snow " because what the hell, you wouldn't get it except for wanting snow shield.
- Adding the teleport on the other side from donwhang bridge and telling you " Mirrors will always confuse you, go use the other teleport " lmao.
- Letting you sort the inventory on your own and not auto sorting it.
- Farming your own Speed tablets.
- Uniques spawning on intervals not specific timers.
All of the above points were being developed with 2 things in mind " Presence and Imersion "
Over the past couple of months, we have developed a very strong foundation to the PvP content and Guild Politics in 40 Cap, yes this foundation is going to be expanded as we go, however
60 cap a whole new story and here is why
- 60 cap originally unlocks a lot more skills for every build, which will help us develop a robust PVE experience along side the pre-developed PVP experience.
- 60 Cap unlocks a third continent " Hotan " < Obviously
- Plays and counter plays
- Significant power increase to items and builds.
All of these points and more are really going to be helpful for us to develop the PVE side of the server, which obviously as well be expanded on as we go and cap increase further.
So lets talk about that.
First of all, Internally we are calling 60 cap expansion the
Frozen Lair. why?
- Frozen lair is going to be 1 of the aspects to Horizonal progression of the game. ( I spoke in details about horizontal progression and verticle progression before )
- Frozen lair is going to be a farmable piece of side content, where you will be able to farm cosmetics for your account ( Spamable )
- Frozen lair is going to be a world boss with some fun and nice fight aspects to it
Chaos gates
Chaos gates is going to be a world event, where players will be able to participate in by going to the gate and teleporting/entering the fight zone.
- It will consist of 3 gates, 1 in each continent
- Gate of Reminiscing - In jangan graveyard.
- Gate of Destruction - In Donwhang East of Giryeon Mountains.
- Gate of Wintermourne - In Hotan, South east of Karakoram.
- Gates is a PVE piece content that is designed around Killing monsters and a unique.
- Everyone in the area who ( PARTICIPATES AND reaches a specific damage threshhold will be rewarded )
- This Piece of content is on the opposite side of the spectrum from the Frozen Lair, as it will be ( Verticle )
- Each gate will open at random, and each gate will have its own rewards that will help you progress the character power ( Verticle ) not cosmetics.
Achievements
- All the 40 cap achievements will obviously have a continuation and expansion for 60 cap.
- We will add a new Events section to the achievements.

All the content and cosmetics are created in-house and not done by a third-party << Yikes
For now, these are the " new " content thats coming in addition to of course the original content announced such as " FGW "
