1 - We are considering increasing the cap depending on the player activity on our server.
2 - You can easily obtain it with normal silks that can be earned through in-game activities and uniques.
3 - Sox balance applies to all items, not just weapons.

if you are planning to add wheel system and doing progressive cap i would say 14d/15d cap is better with wheel system
