It’s the best server there is atm. 100% play2win, you can only donate to support the server and you get cosmetic avatars. You can get silk by doing quests and jobbing, there are activity based rewards! And last but not least, the GM’s are friendly, responsive and do really care about this server!
Something else I noticed, more and more old legit players from Venus are coming back to Memories ❤️
This is so true. I've seen people from the old Venus days and also from Origin joining. It's awesome
Party Matching random D/C bug is currently WIP - I have disabled the feature that keeps it formed when it's full just to test if people will still experience the issue - it should not be the case with it disabled
Elephants have been slightly nerfed to have the same HP as the level 75 OX as they gave too much of an advantage to traders. They would often out-heal 2 player thieves + NPC spawns. They retained all other benefits such as speed and inventory slots.
Fixed an issue with Buffalos and Rhinoceros trade pets as they had dynamic inventory slot updates (based on player level). They now have 141 to match the elephant no matter the player level is. Item costs have been updated accordingly @ JG Grocery
Normal return scrolls have been removed from job restriction
We've bought a 3rd server and configured guild emblems. You may now upload your emblem via the Guild Emblem Registration item which can be found at the Guild Manager NPC in each town. If you have tried adding a guild mark before you will have to delete it and re-add it again.
If you are experiencing issues launching the game make sure the memories.dll file is in your folder as for some people it got removed by AV during the update. If you're missing it you can download it from below.
Players that can log in without an issue don't have to do anything as the DLL has been pushed automatically to their clients.
It's interesting without bots, it's a pity few players like to play without bots
I agree, I know that this game is hard when the rates are low and it requires some time to level up and to gear up, but it’s all about the journey to hit max level, farm nice gear. Instead of a bot doing everything for you
Great community and the best server there is! On this server you can really experience silkroad online how it’s meant to be, good and friendly players, but also competitive!
Wanted to play some Silkroad after quite a few years absence for some nostalgia at these summer nights. And I am glad I just happened to download this particular one.
I leveled up to 30 and it was a pretty smooth sailing. No lags, no dc.
I see some people are moaning about botting not being allowed, but its a different atmosphere when every single player moving in the game is actually on their PC and alive. You pm them, you get a reply, as long as they want to answer. lol. So you're not one guy playing amongst others who just run programs around you. It also is better for the environment and server economy, cause noone can farm unlimited items and literally **** the server economy up. And noone rushes to max cap like crazy. You can stop and have a pvp at 32, you know? The game doesn't consist of only the top level.
