Theres no difference setting pc limit 4 or 2 or even 8 as mentioned there are restrictions for all activities so pc limit won't matter.. about balance we are trying atm new skills but for me i support making 440 mastery for china as new skills will make u feel that ur playing a pvp game..anyways final decision will be announced before go..

the game based at activities.. so pc limit 4 is not a big deal
weapons > fgw cards
set > coins , jobbing
acc > coins , jobbing or boxes
shield> boxes
ya all coins , silk , boxes tradeable

whats different to other servers ?

if all things are tradeable you can buy everything by gold (earned at botting) or buy it for real money. it´s simply the same like all other servers ...
someone who have his own party with 8 chars will win. someone with only one char don´t have a real chance. (unless he pays)

if you really want activity-based and play2win gameplay, nothing should be tradeable. that´s the only chance to reward someone for activity ...
