Well, let's try it out. 
Just a suggestion, or take it however you want.
Increase a little bit the hwid limit, because I do not think honestly a huge population will join the server, since "it's mostly drop based" it'll be hard forming up a stable party to drop these elements, and so on. So go for 4 hwid/8ip.

not everything itsdrop based, more features will be add in the future, since people normaly use Proxy, the ip limit its 2 but with proxy means 4, and most of all players want 1 or 2 main chars,the rest normaly its silk farmers

For some reason the MEGA download links are working a little bit slow. My download usually is between 150-200 mb and upload between 5-10 (this mostly in EU zone) and 100-130 mb download with 2-3 mb upload toward USA. .. Download takes forever with only 1mb/sec (****, now is 230kb /s) 
PS: What time will be the server open tomorrow? UTC time pls (im do dumb to calculate other time zones).

Try another link, i have test Mega link and it was working fine,
Server open 8pm Server time, you can check the server time at our website! thanks!
