In my opinion this is at least a "mid-term" server. You can expect to have full build in a couple of months and not sooner. I'm saying this as a positive because it is encouraging for players looking to get strong quick and also for players who are seeking for a sustainable server that won't die in two months max.
The way you get your sun set/wep is by doing daily quests, and you need a bunch of them just to get 1 piece, and you can't bot your way through because they are dungeon instance quests. You need silks for rest of essentials (prem/devil/plenty of buffs etc.) and for those you need to be active again, killing uniques or doing trades.
Currently its a small community but I have seen it grow since the grand opening. today is a sunday, give the server a try. If you put your IGN here I might help you out with some plvl and gold for npc items (or maybe others in the server chip in too!). Have a fun weekend you all.

Thanks emilia we are doing our best and we hope our server gonna be long-term server .. inaddition to dungeon quest's you can bot but will take much time to build your self ,, There are many ways to get silk not 1 or 2 or even 3
