is it 130 or 140 Cap ?
If 140, are skills are up to 140 or just lvl up to 140 with skills max at lvl 124 ?

It's 140 cap, yeah skills are currently maxed at 120(just the level up option is available till lvl140 currently) in some time there will be a update of new degree and skills will be fixed/remaked too

It's different by each unique. The normal one uniques(Tiger Girl , Cerberus, etc...) they spawn every hour. But the higher uniques like Bone Roc, Bone Guardian,etc.. spawn every 8hours(this ones have the longest respawn) the CCRoad Uniques(which spawn in Arabia Uniques area respawn in around 1h-1h 30min)

R.I.P server, Wipe because or to high exp rate... Stupid reason.

Every player who wasted there time will lose all.
Server since 31.08 online and now he want a Wipe??? More then 1month and you say the rate is to high?

He wipe only for EXP... Drop all the same...
