If you mean bowers are weak at pvp, no they are not weak.
They are not meant to be the strongest build at pvp, this is basic silkroad knowledge.
Pacheon mastery has it's own advantages such as knock back and high range radius which allows you to ks even nukers in job mode, survival arena, battle arena, ctf and so on.
I appreciate your feedback about the new skills.

Beta Phase II
- Beta Phase II will start tomorrow at 19:00
- The server will be offline tomorrow between 17:00 - 19:00
- Start level 1, EXP rate 250x
- Free Points, Gold, Auto Gear up to 81 level, Free SoX items.
- The first 10 players to reach level 100 will be rewarded with Electus Beginner Pack at the grand opening!
- Beta Phase II will last for 24 hours.
- Beta Phase III will start on the 25th of May. (Start lv 100)
