Electus online website is temporarily unavailable as the hosting company is running a scheduled maintenance in the next 60~ minutes.
I will update this post if the maintenance will require more time to complete.
Website is back online.

Yes, you can register from here 
(Avoid using Yahoo emails)
There is no SoX drop in the server. You can only get SoX items from the boxes, can be obtained from Dungeon and normal uniques. (Dungeon uniques = high rate)
