Client Issues
"First of all make sure you whitelist our client in your antivirus/windows defender. How to do it? (Search for "How to add exception folder in {antivirus name}" in google)
If your client crashes/freezes after you select your character please download ClientFIX from our website and extract it in your client folder Make sure you don't turn background music on. you may only keep SFX/Environment volume on, but not background. If you turn it on you'll crash so you have to re-extract the ClientFIX.
If you cannot update your client (TempPath error) make sure you delete temppath folder from your client folder, even while updating the temppath folder will keep appearing again so you have to keep deleting it until you successfully updated.
To hide your client (Doesn't work on S-BOT only) use windows hide tool from our website
If nothing happens when you press on the start button in the luncher, follow these steps.
1- delete f8lib.dll
2- extract it again from the client fix from our website
3- if you were like, wtf is this retarded, i'm gonna just extract and overwrite it. go back and delete f8lib.dll then extract it because overwriting doesn't work for some reason."
Try these things several times. I had same problems too. But then i added Emerald Folder as exception and disabled antivirus. Re-extracted Client Fix and it worked.
Options --> Settings --> Game Settings --> use window mode --> unselect this
