Make sure that:
1) WAMP is running (GREEN, not orange or red)
2) You downloaded the "www" folder and put it in the WAMP or WAMP64 folder.
3) Make sure you don't have a Port 80 conflict in your system. Like Skype for example (In such case, if you open skype just go to config and change the port skype uses)
4) You set up a loopback adapter like this:
5) If you did everything well, your bot should be like this:
If you get an error, you did something wrong. I tested this in WinXP 32 Bits, Window 7 32&64 Bits (Home Premium and Ultimate), Win8.1 and Win10 32 Bits, it works perfectly.
