There is no fake player count but thats true every player has more than one char. IP limit is 4.

Yes, we have tried pc limit and its ended up with too many game enterance problems. With pc limit 2 the last player count except those who cant enter to the game was around 2400 also there was around 1000-1500 players that couldnt login to the game because of hwid dll problems. So we gave up on pc limit and back to the ip limit again.

Btw that tool you are using to get the player amount is not correct, hard to explain it. There are too many ways to hide real player amount that even can not be detected by any tools, we just dont need it and we are fooling with those ones trying to get player amount with those useless tools.
