Cold:

Snow Storm - Double Shot - Mag Attack has been increased from 341-512 -> 700-1024

Snow Storm - Multi Shot - Mag Attack has been increased 683-1024 -> 850 - 1175


Fire:

Fire Wall - God - Mana Consumed has been changed from 1036 -> 2000

Flame Wave - Desintegrate - Mag Attack has been increased from 1600-2667 -> 1700-2767


Force:


Vital Spot Body - changed probability from 40 -> 60%

Vital Spot Mind - changed probability from 40 -> 60%

Vital Spot Zero- changed probability from 40 -> 60%

Vital Spot Brain-changed probability from 40 -> 60%


Warrior:


Ultimate Screen - cd has been changed to 6 min

Morale Screen - cd has been changed to 4 min

Physical Screen - cd has been changed to 4 min

Shield Crush - changed probability to knock back from 80% -> 60%


Rogue:

Dagger Desperate - physical dmg will be reduced from 75% ->70% and maximum
phy/mag def power reduce will be changed from 75%->70%


Wizard:

Life Turnover - Magic dmg has been red by 4% , HP Reduce 50%-> 42%


Warlock:

Physical Raze - 80%-> 50%

Medical Raze - 80% ->50%

Combat Raze - 80% ->50%

Courage Raze - 80% ->50%

Physical Ravage - 80% ->50%

Combat Ravage - 80% ->50%

Medical Ravage - 80% ->50%

Courage Ravage - 80% ->50%

Slumber - reduce sleep probability 80%->60%

Deep Slumber - reduce sleep probability 80%->60%

Wheel Bind - changed from 80%->70% , 15sec -> 7 sec

Recovery Bind- changed from 80%->70% , 15sec -> 7 sec

Bloody Trap- reduced from 80%-> 60%

Death Trap - reduced from 100%-> 80%


Cleric:

Bless Spell - added cd 6min

Faith - Curse Series Probability 50% reduce will be changed to 25%

why changed this skill ? it isnt about balance . because it is gives only hp . not defance or attack . at the end will not change anything .
need to balance other heuksal skills... for example magic defance skilll or any attack skill...

Because their HP is too high, have you played on Pioneer Advanced untill now?
With that huge HP a warrior cleric will never be able to kill a glavier , or a blader will never kill them, or a rogue also, will keep spamming skills without any results, do not say about ints, like s/s or spear...

You're most quirky man i've ever seen. I hope you can add some usefull thinks to bard. Bard may have stun and division etc. Its most different server and i like it.
