@ is just spamming everyone to pm him on skype if you're having trouble to login or whatever. but actually he never replies. i just can't login since day 1. everyone is 100 and reached the job limit. and im just trying to launch the game. About player support they got none. if you have any problem you just have to fix it yourself. Ticket system, facebook, epvp or skype you won't get any reply. i admire your management skills.
