I don't understand why the bicheon passive has been removed.
We all know a blader has **** dmg.. the buff for 400 phy incr and 12% dmg incr was nice.
why? by using celestial he sacrificies his shield, so the passive kicks in and gives him his shield def back so his defense doesn't drop and give him a slight dmg incr together with the 12%.

So the dmg output is ALMOST the same as a glavier, but a glavier gets free health from their passive so they phy def incr and mag def incr on blader was okay to compensate for the lower amount of health.

INT s/s were OP as hell with the passive, that's why I mentioned to add a STR requirement on the passive buff for bicheon.
Bladers will be useless again for sure now with the removal of this buff, no doubt
Like any other server, rip blader.
