Not everyone with a SoE is a Turk, but if you see someone cheat, just screenshot the scene and send it to any staff member, or just send it to their Facebook page, it's really simple, but you insist on complicating it.

I'm a new player and i find no problem here at all, and it's a really good server to play, you just need to chill and stop blaming everything on Turks.

Still having all items on my char, +8 sos garm set, +8 sos acc, +9 sos spear, 6k silks.
Can be an easy game for me tho but won't bother anymore.
