Its every server the same, the communication problem is at that hard to inform us whats going on? Problems can appear. much things can go wrong, but you just have to tell us whats up.. Never give any promises or timelines if u cant hold them or ppl will be mad. Thats just because of the lack of informations and broken promises.

He is not the only one responding, also its not the job from one person. Someone is there and a short message is not that hard.
