Totally agree with you mate, believe me we haven't planned these updates, but they became a must. We made some mistakes that had to be fixed, hence the restarts. Well we're human too, some things haven't showed up during beta nor did we think of it, so we're trying our best to be able to patch the same way as we did on eon 1. [1 "big" patch/week, containing new things/fixes, etc.

About vigors -> We are thinking of enabling them (since the close result of the votes), but with a higher cooldown (well maybe like 30secs?), so it would require more "skill" to use it, instead of being able to spam it. What you guys think?
