can make hardwar limit not ip limit only .s
my brohter cant login
+ so many user will be fuse proxy changer for this

No, but you can open a support ticket to raise the IP Limit for you and your brother.

We are checking spots, IP's and reports about it daily.
PC Limit is even easier to abuse.

The higher respawn is for mobs 90+ while you dont grind to long at low lvl mobs and every gameserver got max 50k mobs on it.
