What do you mean by "used to be"? This will still be a good server as nothing much really changed except the cap.

We added skills from 101-105 to characters, you just lvl up them at 100

Simple. For new players and for new donates. Data loss?? Your updates are still intact, 105 cap, new FGW, etc. So where's the data loss here? I never been built a server but I have an idea how it works and the first thing to do is to backup your files (like what you did in your latest updates) So, how come you didn't backup those files 2 years ago? And you see, you delete also the rankings in which you can see the player's items. You never tried to save the server, not even once.

We had backups of every day, but as already said; they are away now.
The reason why we still have our files: Pioneer(Starter) has the same ones and also on our testserver we were preparing the update, so it's easy to just rebuild it.

well until now we had a lot of turkish/egyptian users which played in internet cafe, once added to filter exception worked fine, we are adding there their accounts IDs. So even if IP will change for whole internet cafe- they can still login.

You could just say, there is a better 100 cap CH/EU server out there and they raised the cap to be different

in Pioneer if u create char 1 lvl u already get 50 str/int more + the one from 100-105... yes helps a lot due we got very strong items over here, Red Season weapons and Immortality sets.

Yes there is another server 100 cap but they are losing players every day. So no that was not the reason of 105 cap.

Well the main reasons of 105 CAP - server was old, players were bored as hell and for pvp balance.

So we made new system for sockets, lvl cap, new FGW and so on. So they could work a bit.

you cant change the balance by increasing the cap from 100 ~> 105 lolz.

if you really wanna balance, especially for chinese is just to increase their weapons/skills attack.
