[Guide] How to create an advertisement thread

Hello, So I seen, a lot of shitty threads and they get closed because
not enough of content ect this thread it's for you to improve on the thread and attract more players.

I know for some people is hard to write stuff because they don't know what to write ect.
I'm making this thread to help you write more and attract more people.

Firstly, to advertise on elitepvpers you need to make sure you follow the Elitepvpers guidelines which are:

I will provide a template that you can use it here.

I would suggest you to put the logo first like this:

Putting the logo at the start it's important as people from now on will know how your logo looks and will recognize you.

After the logo I would put a trailer or a video about the server if you have one trailer is very good for attracting people it catches their attention the trailer also can show some features of the server for example here is one of the trailers I've done. (Remember post it in gallery)

After the trailer you can include the links: Website/Register/Download/Social medias. If you read all the threads I provided you; you should know by now that you are not allowed to advertise without a website. Also don't forget the stage of the server is it in Beta? Also include the grand opening time/date It can't be more than 3 days remember.
Then I would suggest you to introduce the team or talk about the server.


If you will talk first about the team talk about:

• How big is the team
• If you are experienced or not
• How well you know each other
• How you all decided to open the server and why
• How long you been working together
• Do you trust each other
• Share the age (not needed)
• Share the nationality
• Couple of words about each team member

If you decide to talk about the server first:

• Introduce the server
• Briefly, talk about the main system
• What's the purpose
• How does the gameplay feel
• How are the rates is it hard to play ect
• Is the server based on jobbing?botting?
• What's the future plans for the server

These points don't need to be in any order these are just ideas to help you.

When you done introducing the team/server you should put the server rates. I would suggest making something like this in a table:

To make the thread even better talk about why you chose those rates here are some points to help you write it:

• Talk about why you chose those rates
• How balanced it is
• Why you did for example ip limit
• Why you allowing/not allowing bot
• Why you enable capture the flag/arena

The next part of the thread should be the features; features are the stuff that make your server stand out and better than any other so you have to try to explain every feature normally so people don't get confused ect and at the same time make it look nice.

Here is the example of how I do my threads and how others do it.

Firstly, start off with the "title" you can make this within photoshop or use edit tools of epvp.

Title -

As you can see the title clearly stands out in the thread and attracts peopels attention.
After the title you have the text explaining the feature and talking about here is some stuff to help you talk about it.

• Introduce the feature what its called
• Talk about the purpose of it

When you finished talking about the feature include images if you have any. You should add them in spoiler or a Gallery
For example:

You can also name the spoiler like this :

When you done with the server features you can talk about the server rules.
and finally is very important that you have a signature for people to use.
