Is it just me or is Consigment bugged? When you go to "Chinese Accessory" and then you pick "Earring "-> "8D" and it finds you 8D Protector items which are for sale lol

at almost every private server that earring section in consignment is buggy

No. Why we should do this? There is no reason to change the rate. We just added a new way to get pop cards via ctf.
