This Server is full Free2Play! That means you can't donate for silks or other stuff. You can obtain everything by playing, like jobbing, CTF, hunting uniques and so on... why this server is free2play and no donations there?

if the server gets really big and i can't manage it on my own anymore there will be EventManagers added to the team. Anyways there will be some supporters without any special permission for those, they are just there to help you if you got some questions or problems.
