Dear, just use a PROXY like other will do.
Or just tell to ur borther to play on another server.

another fucken lawyer, just mind ur business as i do mine, and pleas who much time it would take him to change the ip limit, and when i post that post i noticed that he is offline so i would w8 him as he come online to post the site or till us that we should w8 cuz he could not open the server today, and if 1 o those thing happend he will have time to answer my question by yes or no and i would accept that answer so why butting your nose in the middle so for this u should be the kid not i .
