Probably because the server has a new sro_client.exe and was repacked for the update.. add an exception.

No if we changed anything we do announce it , alchemy is a matter of luck!
It doesn't mean that you are having a bad luck that we decreased it,like this every player fails a weapon will cry that we decreased the alchemy rates I guess.
