That's exactly what I mean. You CAN get the 13-14dg if you really want to without donating. People will b*tch around, cause donators can have them without any effort. So what? If you want to - donate, if not - do something to get it.

+Kill Uniques or go FGW or Mirror Dimension to get Awakens
= Get your 14DG Weapon

Yes it is. You can check the population online on their website. If it's 1 it's still under maintenance.

That image isn't correct. Either Zyain dev's changed it or thats an old picture of the genie lamp rewards. One example is even when i was around 90 i was getting 13D stones, and using that chart i would of had to be 111+

The mastery won't show all at once, it rises while you level up. And if you create a CHN char you're able to skill up all 3 Forces as one.

Was made to balance against EU i think..

You can get 13D stones even if you are 71. The image is correct.

Have another look at the image. It clearly says you can get 13D stones from level 71. I think it's still correct. Even on Zyain.
