I've seen people saying that they fixed this error with a new HD/Chaning Host files.
As a last resource you might consider making a clean OS install.

Only pure int Build will be viable. Since STR builds will not have the imbue if they go recovery mastery( new force).

Btw megamax, most quests didnt even give out SP ... so you might look into that
