Yes you can, you have to put your item in first slot in inv (page 1 top left corner) and then you have to send a message (ingame inbox) to anyone saying :

remove redstat for 25 silk

with the spaces and all. 25 silks is needed obviously. then you will receive a pm from bot system or whatever telling you that 25 silks we're substracted and that you have to teleport.

I've done it twice and it worked perfectly.
