I've seen this feature in the past on a variety of different servers an let me tell you it wasn't the greatest idea xD because you see, if ones inventory happens to be FULL after they've sold their trade an attempt to "successfully re log their character", where do the job coins go afterwards? I'd recommend you to reward these job coins into their account storage unless the job coins arent suppose to be trade-able (which I would think job coins would be etleast account bound an not just character bound meaning non-store-able) an please excuse me if I miss something as i'm writing this as I read along the post an i'll make obvious corrections as I go through.

Well, it's a nice alternative if you've got a decent luck rate but as for people like myself, I've never had a luck streak in my SRO gaming life xD. What I mean for this is, if +10 is the maximum plus in alchemy, then I'd think +9 would take forever. In a normal server, +5 would be like getting +30 in all those high cap/degree'd servers xD. You should host weekly/monthly events that increase everyone's luck rate by [X]% for [X] time. Example; for X-mas eve/day, New years, server anniversary, GM's birthday -- You get the idea but, it'd be incredibly helpful to nab's like me with treacherous luckiness. Yes, I'm aware that alchemy is suppose to be hard. Something to work for = something to stay for = long-term, etc etc. As I said, it's only a suggestion I'm not telling or demanding you to do so but just asking you to look out for us nabs xD.

I've never really seen a server that actually succeeded with an auto event system. Events are 1000% better if there is an active GA/GM/Staff member hosting the event an no silly auto-event system will satisfy the Veliki community if the server ends up getting incredibly populated, rapidly. Work, School, life issues & emergencies are understandable but, my recommendation? Recruit a staff team set to your satisfactory; I'd recommend 3-4 GM's and maybe a few GA's as well, Veliki has a whole lot of potential and it'd be perfect with the right amount of in-game/out-game support which I can also help with if you'd like me to inbox you my experience, reputation, & availability with support an such.
(P.S. - This was most directed at events such as Hide & Seek, Trivia, Unique Spawning, most stuff like this are better done individually -- Especially for something like the Trivia event because people have a habit to copy&paste from their Mbot chat to google an finding their answer such as that.)
For now I guess that's all the suggestions/facts & just things I wanted to put out there. Veliki could be #1 so easily but just don't do anything rash xD such as a major give out with silk, items, gold, etc. Doing that ends up making the things that you TRIED to make valuable, useless and unwanted.
I've known ya for a bit Snap but you took quote a big step as well as a risk creating the Veliki project. I really hope Veliki becomes an success & if it does, i'd be more then happy to change my cap/degree preferences, a swell as working with you again one day.
