Welcome to Xilen Private Server. We are a group of developers that decided to get together to open a server with our own resources in order to create features in a place that doesn't depend from investors or any specific "founder".
We are tired of watching great masterpieces sink like a Titanic with reasons like corruption inside the crew, team fights, donation downfalls or security breaches caused by help external from the crew.

Xilen Online is a private server created by several Developers as a free to play, play to win experience. We have not only implemented all the content you like but also made it available in multiple ways that allows for anyone to become the best player in-game.
You can earn Silk per Hour, create Articles and be rewarded with Silk, vote for us on Vote Sites and get more per vote, kill Uniques and earn depending on the Unique Difficulty, publish your Screenshots and earn 10-15 per shot, comment on the site and earn 5 per approved comment and even by just being present in a daily organized event (by our staff).
The only rule of our staff is to share 2 accounts for in-game activity and each one makes sure that the other one isn't doing anything tricky. We are aware that overconfidence within team members leads to corruption or misbehaviour that tend to provoke conflict within groups in-game for favouritism that this confidence causes..that's the reason we do not share our personal details as any proof of disclosure would mean the termination of the corresponding member.
This server is not being paid for with donations, and features are not developed by hiring external people. We do not believe in a system that depends on people who are not related to it, since the players pay for these expenses (on such cases), and external help means access to confidential information plus disclosure of our identities.
We have prepared several Automatic Events that will keep you entertained the entire day that are organized by our Event-BOT. They currently include:
Question & Answer Event:
This event happens every 30 minutes and starts with a random question asked by the Event Bot by global. You must PM the Event Bot with your answer and if you are right, you will be automatically rewarded 10 silk and the bot will send a global with this statement.
Madness PvP Event:
This event gets started with a Global sent by the Event Bot and it takes place at Donwhang South. The players must wear a PvP cape and kill each other until someone reaches 50 kills. One player cannot kill another one more than 3 times to earn points, and each accounted kill rewards 2 Xilen Points.
Job War Event:
When the Event Bot announces that the Job War event has begun, all players must meet in Donwhang South while wearing a Job Cape and kill players from the opposing job. Whenever someone stacks 50 points, he wins the event. Each kill earns you Xilen Points so you don't need to be a winner to earn something our of it.
As a Thief you earn 3 Xilen Points, and as a Trader/Hunter you earn 2 per accounted kill.
We have added Elixir boxes that drop from Uniques, also a Stat Reset scroll, Skill Reset Scroll, Job Penalty Remover, Guild Penalty Remover, Auto Equipment Functionality starting at level 14 and covering 9 degrees, a Starter Pack with 1k HP/MP Potions automatically configured with the built-in autopotion plus reverse return scrolls, instant return scrolls, a pick-pet, speed increase scrolls and 1m gold.
There are also Jobbing Buffs that apply once you create an Academy and do jobbing activities without dying. You stack points that build up a higher Buff which gets reset when you die while doing jobbing activities too.
There are multiple ways of earning Xilen Points (silk) in this server, both in-game and out of it. They correspond to the following:
Vote for Us.
We created a Voting Dashboard which contains buttons that lead to each voting site. The buttons can only be used once per day with an IP and Account restriction in order to prevent the abusers. Each Voting Site rewards from 3 to 7 points daily.
Post your Screenshots
When you post a screenshot on the site using the Article creator, you get rewarded automatically 15 Xilen Points when it gets approved. The amount of screenshots are not limited, but they must have some sort of meaning in order to be approved.
Post your Findings, Guides, etc.
We created a system that allows you to post Articles on the Website which can be categorized in the following categories:
Community
Guides
Guild Advertisements
Miscellaneous
For an approved article you can be rewarded from 150 Points to 600 Points. This way you get rewarded for helping us have a better and more amusing information base.
Comment in articles of the website.
Whenever you are watching an Article you can rate it but also comment about it. Every comment is moderated, but they get approved within less than 12hours of publication as long as they do not contain spam or offensive content. An approved comment rewards you with 5 Xilen Points automatically.
Participate on Daily Events
We organize Daily Events at 22hGMT+2 which consist on Unique Events, Hide and Seek and Search and Destroy. Whenever an Event term begins, we ask all participants to get together to grab their names and reward them for their presence so everybody wins. Participation rewards can go up to 50 silk per day.
We have set up the server with 330 mastery cap plus a few skill fixes that make PvPing more intense and qualitative. The 5 SOS sets have bonuses that get very close to the power of SOM so that the power of SOM does not make somebody immortal. Wearing set combinations allows for flexible builds that have better stats for a specific area where the player might be more focused.
You have the possibility to purchase Stat Reset and Skill Reset scrolls as well in order to try out different builds without needing to create another character and starting over again.
To start jobbing you must be level 90, and to appear on top lists you must create an Academy that will allow you to receive our Jobbing Buffs. When you kill someone in job mode, you stack kills that will reward you with Honour Buffs depending on the amount of stacked kills. When you die by Job Kill, your counter gets reset and the buffs as well so you must be careful not to get killed while performing your Jobbing Activities or while botting in the Job Cave.
Whenever you earn Contribution for a successful trade or rob, you get rewarded with Gold Coins automatically to your storage that serve as a currency to purchase SOM and several other items on the special stores.
We have created a page where you can see all the Points earned through website activities such as approved articles, comments, votes and even donations. This allows you to go back and see what things have you been rewarded for or if there is anything missing that needs to be cleared from our end.
We have created a system that allows you to place a Bounty for someone else's head with at least 100m. The bounties are cumulative and when it gets applied, the person becomes a Wanted person that other players can try to kill to get the bounty from them.
When someone kills somebody with bounty, he gets 50% of the accumulated bounty immediately and the other's person wanted status gets automatically cleared.
To initiate a bounty on someone else, you must send a PM to the Event Bot such as: $EventBOT /bounty Charname 100000000
We have created an App that allows you to keep a track of your characters in real time and also find information about characters in-game. The App itself is on the Google Play store right now and the iOS version is under review by Apple for being published on the app store.
This App is mostly informative right now but we are making contact improvements to it that will make it more useful over time.
Our crew works professionally on developing systems and applications for customers worldwide, so we have created things that we really hope to see working on a Private Server. There are many features that have not been announced yet that will optimize your game-play in many ways that you have never seen before. We are not here to add Avatars and increase the maximum level limit to say that we made something new, instead we work on new systems that make our framework more robust and better to use for our players and ourselves.
