Would you like to see a server where the classes are balanced and people play what they find FUN, instead of what's "OP"?
In this case, i'd like to introduce you to RED SKY ONLINE!
Server information:
-Vigor grains are disabled (standard vigor potions are still available)
-No coin system. No forcing jobbing or CTF.
-Elixirs and potions are stackable to 200.
-FGW/FW/CTF are working.
-Ip limit is 2.
-Job rate increased.
And here's what makes us unique:
-The server is starting with a lvl 70 cap
The level cap is an important factor on every server, just like end-game content, so we decided to start with a cap of 70 and keep raising it with time.
-Complete balance of European and Chinese characters
We got to know silkroad pvp as either pot wars, or characters 1-hitting eachother, depending on who presses a single button first. Let's admit: this is not fun. This is over.
After a lot of testing and skill balancing, we have balanced european characters to match the chinese ones in power. There's no more wizards 1 shotting everyone (and they don't get one-shot either),
no more 20 seconds sleep status, 80% stun chance and 15sec invincibility (bless spell). You will be able to find more details about the balance on our website.
Since we know that it's hard to achieve something as "complicated" as balance with just a few people, we always welcome feedback regarding balance on our forum (also here on ePvP). We are planning to constantly change what's needed so we can get a completely fair and balanced game in the end.
-An almost clean server
Have you ever thought about why older private servers had more fun gameplay even though having less custom features?
That was because YOU, the PLAYERS kept shaping the server. Here you get the chance to tell what you would like to see in the near future, what changes you think would be necessary, and any feedback in general so that it would be more fun to play

We take GM activity and managing the forum very seriously, as without these it wouldn't work.

Since many of you hate hand-grinding, we are aware of this, however, we also don't want to end up having a server full of afk bots that don't contribute anything to the game, so this is the first topic we would like to hear YOU, future players opinions about:
How much should we restrict botting, should we allow it at all? Do you think they ruin gameplay?

EXP: 8x
Party EXP: 10x

Explanation:
EXP: This is a very important part. We came to the conclusion that we want to bring the old feeling back, which includes a lot of grinding/partying. Although we set the EXP rate to 10x, it's only because we would like to encourage players to party up (which leads to much faster leveling, this is an ONLINE game after all)SoX/Alchemy rate: The answer here is very simple. We want SoX and high plus items to be unique and rare on our server. When you drop a SUN or sucessfully make a +9 you shouldn't just be one of many.
The balance
Here you can find the changes made to the skills. Please note that we don't write exact values in order to prevent stealing, and that while some damage reductions may sound harsh, it could easily mean a 5% or 10% reduction which doesn't mean much. The classes are all more or less balanced in end-game gear (they were tested in D8 full blue Sun +7) at level 70, so it doesn't mean that anything before level 70 is also balanced.
We encourage you to provide us feedback about any of the changes as we would like to constantly improve balance to provide the most enjoyable PvP experience of any servers out there
China:
Basic idea of the changes: Chinese characters have no potion delay and can use vigor very often, so we had to reduce their damage so that they don't kill euros (or eachother) too fast in equal gear.
Heuksal: Soul spear soul damage reduced, spirit crash spear damage reduced
Pacheon: Anti devil bow steel damage reduced, Devil/Demon arrow damage reduced, Strong bow vision damage reduced and has 30% chance to stun, black hawk damage increased
Bicheon: Heaven chain damage reduced, Dragon sore/bud blade damage reduced
Europe:
We had a lot of work with European characters as they did way too much damage and Warrior was unkillable in good gear and Wizard was still 1hit to anyone else regardless of gear. In general we reduced their damage and buffed their survivability to make them more similar to Chinese characters.
Most of these changes are done through modifying their buff abilities, such as Life control for Wizard or Crossbow Extreme / Dagger Desperate for Rogues.
Wizard: Life control doesn't reduce your HP anymore, it still increases magic damage (not as much as default) and gives some physical and magical absorption. Meteor, Fire bolt, Earth shock damage reduced, Lightning shock's fear duration reduced
Rogue: Crossbow Extreme and Dagger Desperate don't reduce HP or Defense, they give lower damage % than before, and also provide a little defense
The damage of most of their important damage abilities was reduced for both dagger and crossbow
Warrior: Maddening damage reduced, Sprint Assault stun chance reduced, Dual Axe skills' damages reduced
Cleric: Bless Spell duration lowered to 25 seconds
Warlock: passively increased magical and physical absorption, (some of it is put on Dusk Armor so make sure to use it for maximum effect), Blood/Death flower damage reduced
