Premium modification

We have edited the premium. We added str/int as it is
on isro and we completely removed the rescurration scroll.
We did this mostly so premium won't affect the gameplay
that much and to avoid being a pay2win server.

Me and my friends try this server but this server is only rewarded for gold, iron, or silver coins or some silk stuffs, and GM isn't friendly and ignore new players like me or my friends and give other players good items. Almost all players have moon weapons, so what a boring server!
