I have working on something like this for months. A good advise from me would be focusing on buff stacking (like you can't use bless with screens and so on) because this is what mainly ruins the gameplay.

no you don't cause this is the first time I actually try to talk to people on epvp community since I've been told not to by many friends cause of the amount of hate but hey it wasn't that bad & that's not my youtube channel. that's one of my team mate's & he's included in the signature cause he made a trailer for my upcoming game & you're so welcome. I simply just admire people who actually try to balance things between CH/EU & not just add 10-20% passive & call it balance. good luck mate
