it's was good idea.

1.Make CTF for good reward like gold,elixir,stone,and global.
2.Job ranking for honor buff would be great
3.Gold for stone.And reduce price of selling D8 items.
4.fortress war - silk and gold for reward.
5.About start item.Grab pet is for sure and 10k gold(prevent people creating alot of account just for the gold). Just reduce the price of items from npc and pot too.
6.Lord Yarkan have 1% chance of dropping moon weapon (make people are on fire to kill it)

Server looks great but u should try something different because they're many cap 80 only chn servers.
I suggest to add euro characters, although I'll make a chinese one but euro weren't OP so far at cap 80. It was really awesome gameplay and the greatest oportunity for pvp or job.
Aslo devil or angel spirit isn't problem at all if u are unable to strengthen it and it's fair for all but u can skip this thing :]
The best memories I have from this cap u should think about it!

wish you good luck on your server , but i dont think that its right time to open a new 80 cap server , as you know there is a 80 cap private server with 1k+ players so , instead of opening server with 50 - 100 player , you will delay the grand opening time.
