Hyperfilter is working correctly, the problem is with the host where the files are.
Its down because of DDOS attacks (remember hyperfilter is just a proxy, if someone find the real IP then there is no protection at all)

i was forgot this 
they need call host and change ip and not use primary ip of server, because problem like this will happen (no access to root), always use second ip for sro and other second ip for sql

Thats right, if they want to use a proxy they must be SURE that none knows the real IP, if someone already know it then they must contact to the host company for an ip change (but they must get the ip from another subnet or people will be able to find the new one with a simple ip/port scanner).
Well, hope tomorrow or monday the server comes online!
