I am from Romania here with 8 euros u have 100mbit connection 12 euros 500mbit connection and ~15-16 euros u have 1000mbit connection i have the 1000mbit one since its pretty cheap

You can buy exp/sp ticket to farm faster etc, if you're smart enough 15 silk can help you a lot on the start

Thats not true. With 15 silk you can buy plenty of items like exp sp ticket that will help you a lot on the start, you just have to make smart choises and that 15 silk can save your day

As far as i know exp tickets dont double ur exp on vSro private servers so if u have 30x on the server the ticked wont give u 60x will only add 1x more so it will be 31x its stupid to waste silk for that 1x....
And there are free ways to get exp scrolls anyway
