Need some help over here please

Sorry i know this isnt the right section but i need immediate answer as well as some solution to the server owners as they might fix this thing...

i'm using Fixed IP Address connection ( Static IP Addresses ) from 10 different servers i download there's like only 1 i could login>

the others gives me (C9) error just after the confirmation window
Any idea why ?!

The servers icould actually go on is EpicGame And mirror ****** />

c9 = if you open client in same pc you host on it server,you must use loader for open it,and i use vps not using Fixed IP,i didnt see any problem right now with me,this all i have to say to you maybe will help "sory".

i'm trying to run server as USER not as Host i mean idont own aserver
i just want to "PLAY" On server i'm getting this error during login
