Download is bit slow side ~30-40 KB/Sec, is it possible for you to split it into parts and upload on some other hosting sites, such as mediafire.com or upload whole client @ google Docs

downloading the media.pk2 woudlnt do any good for you, you need the new full client, else you wont be able to level up to lvl 130, or enter the new areas and will keep crashing

explain the rebirth system?

Rebirth process is simple:
1. Increase Rebirth Number by 1
2. Set Level and Mastery to 1 (Skills Stay)
3. Set EXP and Sp to 0
4. Set Free Stat Points to 0
5. Set STR and INT points to 20
6. Set Extra Free Stat Points to Rebirth Number * 5

1 Rebirth costs 75 Vote Points. Your char needs to be at least lvl 110 to be rebirthed, if that is true just log off from game and press the button "Rebirth" inside the character panel.

2. Set Level and Mastery to 1 (Skills Stay) ---> you mean when i use this system. i get back to lvl 1 with skill lvl at 110 (if i rebirth at 110)??
6. Set Extra Free Stat Points to Rebirth Number * 5 ---> and i get 7 stat points for each time lvl up? 1 for str + 1 for int automaticaly, and 5 points left are up to me??
