Now we atlaeast now that the mod Haxor is online at this moment, perhaps he could shed some light on what happens.

You don't have anything to loose by opening the server. If I were in your shoes I'd decide for a time, that you allow for waiting until the thread might be opened again, otherwise open the servers. There are loads of people waiting, and you don't want to upset your customer base :P And, as long as you open it on this friday you have kept your promise

Unless there are other server issues or something...

This! Perhaps.. Let's play some conspiracy theory here. Never hurts, does it? What if your server was/is somewhat strong in terms of popularity and appeal. And other server owners and epvp are kinda in the same seat, therefore messing with your launch date preparations? Or other server owners looking for ways that your previous thread was against the thread rules; such as the no more than 5 images.

There are moderators on so if by now you haven't got any info's concerning your thread deletion i suggest you create another thread since they obviously have something to hide.
Really,there are two possibilities as i see it.Either they deleted the thread cause you broke one of the rules(which is fishy...) or someone is abusing his atributions.

Either way if this is a personal vendetta then you are playing their game since you'll be kept in the dark purposely so that the srv will get delayed even more.
And even if the thread got deleted cause of the rules then why they don't answer?

No matter how you look at it,either someone is blatantly incompetent or just ignoring you so that the delay will eventually get the players mad.
